Ready to take your game to the next level?  If your golf game is leaving you feeling frustrated or in pain, then read on. Often, many of the struggles golfers encounter are not caused by poor execution, but rather an inability to move their body correctly due to physical or painful restrictions.  How can your backswing look like John Daly’s, if you don’t have flexibility in your shoulders? Your drive can’t possibly compete with Tiger’s, if you are not strong in the right places.  Whatever the reason, if you are spending less time on golf course than you would like, then I can help.

Are you tired of having to take pills before or after every round of golf?  Unable to play back to back days without an achy back? Does your left knee hurt every time you play 18? Frustrated that your ball flight on the back nine is always inconsistent?  Wish you could get more distance on your drive? These are just a few of the most common complaints I hear every day in my practice. These, and many other symptoms, can limit how often you play or how much fun the game of golf is for you.

As one of a select few Titleist Performance Institute trained medical professionals, I have worked with many golfers to improve how their bodies move for the game of golf. I can help you too! That is why I have decided to publish this free guide with my best advice when it comes the most common problems that I see with frustrated golfers.

Golf lessons are a must! But golf lessons will not change how your body needs to move to play to your potential.  In this free guide, I will outline some of the most frequent causes and factors which may be affecting your golf game and offer strategies to make it better.  Now we can’t promise that the advice outlined in this guide will improve your joy of golf completely, nor can we promise that what has worked for the majority of our clients over the last 20+ years will also work for you, but reading this guide must be better than spending another day accepting it, masking it with medication, or just thinking, “It’s my age” (It’s not, by the way).

Imagine how life would be in five years if you DON’T fix your game NOW. Will golf still be fun? Will you physically be able to golf by then?

Have a specific question or concern?
Maybe you feel like you’ve read a lot of free information on the internet, and really just want to talk to someone about your problem.

Is that you?

If so, then we have a special opportunity for you (one that VERY FEW clinics offer).

We save a limited number of spots each week of time for people to consult directly with me. That way, you can tell me your story, get your questions answered and find out if physical therapy can help.  Does that sound like something you would like to do?

Here’s the most important thing…

Most people get stuck trying to make a decision about what to do next.

They go days, weeks, months (even years!) without taking action.

The one thing we can guarantee is that by doing nothing, your pain and your golf game won’t get any better.

So the next important thing is to take action.

David W.

"I always planned to play golf every day when I retired.  But by the time I finally did in my early seventies, my chronic back pain was so severe that it kept me off the golf course more than I liked.  A friend and fellow golfer recommended Bryan Regar at Active 4 Life. I made an appointment which ended up being a life changing decision for me. He treated by back pain and put me on a program of golf specific exercises to improve my strength and flexibility to get me back on the links. Thanks to Bryan, I am now free of back pain and playing golf better than I did twenty years ago!  Thanks for making my retirement dreams come true!!"

Bruce Z.

"Bryan is the most responsive, helpful, professional health care provider I have ever encountered.  He got everything right! I'm feeling much better because of him. And, I must be getting better because my golf game has improved as well!  All in all he is a real credit to his profession."

Alan P.

"I can’t speak highly enough about my experience training with Jennifer Regar.  She has a doctorate in physical therapy which has taken my training to a much higher level than I have ever had, and has helped me to be pain free, more flexible and stronger. As a result my golf game has dramatically improved. Best of all, she makes working out enjoyable & fun!"
